What tube profiles can a tube laser cut?
Tube laser machines handle round, square, rectangular and oval profiles, plus open sections like channels and angles. Maximum tube diameter varies by model, typically from 120mm to 320mm.
Can a tube laser cut mitres and joints automatically?
Yes. The CNC controller supports automatic mitre cuts, cope cuts, slot-and-tab joints and notching — all programmed from standard 3D CAD files. This eliminates manual marking and reduces assembly time significantly.
What is the maximum tube length?
Standard models accept tubes up to 6 metres. Extended-bed versions handle 9m or 12m lengths. An automatic loading system feeds tubes from a bundle, enabling unattended production runs.
