Order process

Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. You must notify us and return the goods in good condition.
Exceptions to withdrawal
- Custom-made or personalised products.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return once unsealed.
- Consumables or items that have been used or installed.
Warranty
Consumers benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. B2B customers receive a 12-month warranty unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
