The LUCOHE LCH-TKT-1515 Micro Waterjet is an industry-leading high-precision waterjet cutting solution engineered for demanding micro-machining requirements. Built upon a solid monolithic mineral granite bed for supreme thermal stability and vibration damping, it integrates direct linear drive motors with EtherCAT absolute optical grating scales, achieving 0.002 mm (2 micron) repeatability and cutting tolerances down to ±0.01 mm. Equipped with a 5-axis DV tilting head powered by Japanese Yaskawa servos and zero-backlash Harmonic Drive reducers, it eliminates jet taper and executes intricate 3D bevels with absolute precision. Its integrated diamond orifice nozzle (0.30 mm to 0.38 mm) coupled with a micro-abrasive mini-hopper delivers an ultra-fine supersonic cold beam, perfect for watchmaking gears, medical implants, electronics, and aerospace components in titanium, stainless steel, and technical ceramics with zero heat-affected zone (HAZ) and no mechanical stress.
